•  Book genre and intended audience
•  Paperback or hardcover
•  List of desired information for back of book cover (for example: author bio, author photo, testimonials about book, book excerpts, book summary)
•  Number of pages in book
•  Photos, charts, illustrations for use in book (unless we're creating these items)
•  Brief synopsis of book for us to use as inspiration for designs/illustrations
•  Character descriptions for use in creating illustrations/photographs of characters
•  Desired deadlines for the completion of designs or illustrations
